Entrusting the sale of your property to someone is a huge decision, and I have always worked to the ethos that you give everyone your best effort, be that the sale of a small 'do-up' on a cross-leased section or a multi-million dollar mansion. With a passion for the best possible presentation of each property I sell, my previous experience as a real estate photographer enables me to see 'both sides' of the story - from both the vendor's and the buyer's perspectives. I also have experience leveraging social media and other forms of digital marketing in this ever-evolving industry. Prior to my real estate career I spent 20 years in international hotel management. From managing expedition river cruises in Burma to organizing a Millennium New Year event for a global yacht race on the sandy shores of a Caribbean island, I have in the course of this time been shot at, twice been charged with the care of elephants and had a head of state drop in for dinner unannounced. This has given me a great deal of experience - focused on the needs of my clients across an extremely broad range of customers and stakeholders, I am able to think outside the box and overcome adversity to find solutions and deliver results beyond expectations. I am now able to bring those skills to home owners who want nothing but the best price and best outcome for their property sale. I value open and honest communication with all who I work with and believe this is an important factor in the repeat business and referrals I've experienced throughout my career. I am proud to live locally and to raise my family here, surrounded by a great community, world-class beaches, vibrant suburbs and character towns.
